LMAO, I don't know really. I was just looking around my computer area here for figures that could pass as people in Halloween costumes. I like to stay in the 3 3/4" scale with the Peekernaut strips, but saw the pirate, and instantly thought of Andy, since everyone is always giving him shit for being short. So, he became Andyman as a pirate. As far as his limited dialog, I just thought it would be silly, and kinda funny. No real point to it.
